SATURDAYS STARTING FEBRUARY 24: All members that are working out on Saturday must sign up for a time between
8:30 am and noon (may vary). A heat schedule for Saturday mornings will be available on the Thursday evening.

FEBRUARY/MARCH: During the 5 weeks of the CrossFit Games Open, we have no regular class times on Saturdays. Athletes that train on Saturday must arrange a time to do the WOD.

EXPERIENCED ONLY: Before joining one of our Regular Classes, you must complete one of our intro programs or have training experience at another licensed CrossFit facility.

VISITORS: If you're visiting us as an experienced CrossFitter, just give us a call (a day or two before) at 604-851-5681 and leave a message letting us know which class you'll be attending with your name and phone number. Once you've done that, just show up a few minutes early and be ready for a great workout! Our drop-in fee is $20 cash.
