What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a high intensity strength and conditioning program driven by a strong, community-minded culture. Over the last 10 years, CrossFit has quickly become one of the most influential movements that the fitness industry has ever seen.

CrossFit is scalable to all levels of fitness. Our methodology is uniquely designed in a way that allows us to train both elite athletes and sedentary individuals with each getting their desired results with the appropriate progressions and levels of intensity. STEP 2) INTRO PROGRAM

Complete one of the following at our gym:
Foundations Program
- Fixed schedule (see below)
- $265
- 6 group sessions, plus 2 free regular classes
Private Training Sessions
- Personalized schedule (subject to availability)
- $70 to $90 per session
- 4 sessions (call now to book)

STEP 3) REGULAR CLASSES

With our different membership options, our members pay an average of $11 per workout. Our most consistent members pay as little as $8 per session. At our gym, the more you workout, the less you pay. (see class schedule)

Our workouts are designed to accommodate all levels and each of our regular classes is closely guided by one of our experienced coaches.

The purpose of our Foundations Program is to introduce participants to the CrossFit methodology and to help familiarize them with our gym and the structure of our training. We typically have a Foundations Program starting once every 7 to 9 weeks. See our Frequently Asked Questions for more info.
